THE ENTIRE TIME I WORKED FPK I NEVER HEARD 997, IT WAS ALWAYS TWO UNITS IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE, WHEN CALLING FOR HELP.  IT WAS AS IF EVERYONE WAS SAVING 997 FOR SOMETHING SERIOUS.  WHAT CAN BE MORE SERIOUS THAN THE FOLLOWING:
